Description

  • Design and execute test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR, and automated flow validation.
  • Test CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, Amazon Lex bots, routing rules, outbound dialers, and campaign management pipelines.
  • Validate omni-channel routing and contact center scenarios across voice, chat, SMS, and email.
  • Test voice user interfaces, advanced IVR systems, and conversational bot flows across web and messaging channels.
  • Test agentic AI and natural language understanding solutions across AWS and Salesforce platforms.
  • Validate API integrations across Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud, and WFM platforms using Postman.
  • Test communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP and manage test environments using AWS services.
  • Plan, script, execute, and analyze load and performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD validation pipelines for Amazon Connect deployments.
  • Generate reports from Amazon Connect metrics and Contact Lens and lead SIT and UAT coordination, including defect management and walkthroughs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading QA efforts for contact center implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Connect testing and automated IVR validation.
  • Experience with load and performance testing for high-transaction web and web service applications.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Deep scripting expertise with VUGen, Analysis, and Controller modules.
  • Experience building automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CodeDeploy.
  • SQL and AWS cloud platform knowledge.
  • Experience with Bespoken, Operata, Cyara, Hammer, or similar IVR automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect, Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Amazon Lex, Bedrock, Agentforce, or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Cross-platform contact center experience with systems such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio is preferred.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, qTest/Qmetry, Postman, CloudWatch, Lucid, and softphone clients.
  • Understanding of omni-channel and conversational AI solutions.
  • Ability to support travel up to 25% for some roles.
