Description

  • Test AI-based conversational products across relevant use cases.
  • Monitor and improve quality assurance processes while ensuring standards and procedures are followed.
  • Promote data quality awareness across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate AI model performance and identify opportunities to improve accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed testing feedback to support improvements to AI models.
  • Plan and execute manual and automated tests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of QA experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Expertise in manual and automation testing, including test planning and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG or JUnit, and Rest Assured.
  • Strong programming or scripting skills in Java or Python.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
  • Understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
