Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to discover customer challenges and scope technical solutions.
  • Architect and build agentic workflows that integrate generative AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools.
  • Develop custom demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept tailored to client use cases.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains to improve performance, reasoning, and reliability.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams and share customer insights to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Document solution designs, workflows, and technical configurations for internal and client use.
  • Translate AI concepts into practical, scalable systems for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or related scripting languages for integrations and automation logic.
  • Proven ability to architect and communicate end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business outcomes.
  • Functional understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and data flow patterns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in agentic or autonomous AI systems such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, and compliance in production-scale deployments is preferred.
  • Background working in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Awareness of UX/UI principles for designing customer-facing AI experiences is preferred.
