Description

  • Lead active sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced headhunting techniques for SAP, Fullstack, Data, and Cloud profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meetings through onboarding while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Conduct technical and cultural interviews to assess hard skills, soft skills, and organizational fit.
  • Serve as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers by providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and long-term talent communities.
  • Present finalist candidates with detailed analysis and negotiate job offers.
  • Prepare executive reports with performance metrics, market analysis, and availability forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the regional team in Argentina and Chile on cross-border projects and recruiting best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience recruiting technology profiles in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Argentine tech ecosystem and ability to manage multiple simultaneous searches.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing tools.
  • Experience evaluating SAP profiles, including FI, MM, SD, and S/4HANA, as well as developers using React, Angular, Node.js, Python, and Java.
  • Executive communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders and support complex decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality KPIs.
  • Strategic thinking to anticipate talent needs and propose proactive solutions.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and regional availability when required.
  • Advanced English, spoken and written, is required.
