Description

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across multiple regions and functions.
  • Develop comprehensive talent maps by company, skill set, and geography to identify hidden talent pools and competitor structures.
  • Use Boolean search and sourcing platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines and warm relationships with high-value passive candidates for priority hiring needs.
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers on market intelligence, talent availability, and candidate engagement best practices.
  • Collaborate with TA operations, employer branding, and university teams to improve outbound messaging and candidate experience.
  • Track outreach performance and use data and storytelling to improve conversion throughout the sourcing process.
  • Source and recruit technical talent across electrical, mechanical, aerospace, avionics, and RF engineering roles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven cross-regional sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software industries.
  • Proven experience in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for highly specialized technical roles.
  • Deep expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience building long-term relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging technical candidates authentically.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proven experience sourcing or recruiting within high-growth and innovative companies for electrical, mechanical, aerospace, avionics, and RF engineering roles.
  • Ability to pass a cleared background check, with possible reference check.
  • Licenses and certifications may influence compensation, and applicants should be prepared to discuss relevant qualifications.
