Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies for complex hardware roles.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, publications, networking, and other niche talent channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews for technical hardware and engineering roles.
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical depth across areas such as mechanical design, electrical engineering, and embedded systems.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and ensure recruiting compliance in Greenhouse.
  • Provide data-driven updates to hiring managers and the People team on recruiting activity and market conditions.
  • Support offer negotiations and coordinate pre-employment processes for technical hires.
  • Stay current on trends in hardware, robotics, and deep tech talent markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • At least 2+ years of experience recruiting for hardware, robotics, electro-mechanical systems, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven success filling difficult-to-fill hardware and engineering roles using creative sourcing methods.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to distinguish between engineering disciplines such as PCB design and high-speed digital design.
  • Experience building trusted partnerships with technical hiring managers.
  • Hands-on ability to source and build talent pipelines for niche roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-changing environment.
