Description

  • Partner with customer technical leads, executives, and partners to deliver successful Graph+GenAI implementations.
  • Propose solution architectures and oversee deployment of Graph+GenAI solutions for complex customer requirements.
  • Engage customers to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify graph-based AI opportunities.
  • Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks, issues, and timelines with customer stakeholders.
  • Develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Write production-level code and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and system integration.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of deployed AI applications.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to influence the roadmap and capture field insights, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Share expertise through workshops, training sessions, and documentation to enable customers and internal teams.
  • Stay current with the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape and proactively learn emerging trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-class applications.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
  • Hands-on programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and SVN.
  • Practical experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Deep understanding of the generative AI ecosystem, including orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Llama Index, or Haystack.
  • Experience with cloud AI offerings such as AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering, data analytics, or data science, with experience in SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
  • Deep understanding of graph database concepts, Cypher, and hands-on experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Neptune, or TigerGraph, or triple stores such as Ontotext or Stardog.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel for customer engagements.
