Description

  • Own end-to-end product responsibility for a platform area, from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and own platform contracts customers depend on, including APIs, semantics, system events, and operational behavior.
  • Drive cross-team execution across engineering, networking, storage, observability, IAM, billing, capacity planning, support, and product design.
  • Turn customer pain into product commitments through structured discovery using interviews, usage analytics, support patterns, and incident postmortems.
  • Engage engineering leaders as a technical peer and contribute to API design and system trade-off decisions.
  • Define and own success metrics tied to customer and platform impact.
  • Serve as the product escalation point for support, CX, and TAM teams when product decisions are needed.
  • Build and improve platform capabilities across areas such as GPU and CPU launches, cluster lifecycle, reliability, developer surfaces, managed runtimes, integrations, and cross-platform programs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform PM, Infrastructure PM, or SRE / Engineering Lead roles with strong product instincts.
  • Strong technical foundation in cloud infrastructure, including API semantics, control-plane vs data-plane behavior, system events, lifecycle, and multi-tenant operations.
  • Experience building or operating cloud, GPU, or HPC infrastructure at meaningful scale, including thousands of nodes or multi-region environments.
  • Track record of shipping technically complex platform products with measurable customer or platform impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining product metrics, working with telemetry, and building data-informed roadmaps.
  • Experience leading discovery-heavy work such as customer interviews, usage analytics, and support-ticket analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering, SRE, customer-facing teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • High ownership, a bias to ship, and comfort operating in messy production environments.
  • Experience with frontier AI customers, ML platform teams, or MLOps workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, HPC environments, distributed training, NVIDIA hardware and software stack, observability tools, reliability metrics, or developer-experience products is preferred.
