Description

  • Define and execute the multi-year Job Ingestion strategy across scraping, ATS feeds, parsing, deduplication, and schema mapping.
  • Connect ingestion improvements to search relevance, candidate engagement, SEO performance, and business growth.
  • Translate pipeline latency, schema health, ATS stability, and data quality into executive narratives and investment proposals.
  • Align Data Engineering, Search & Match, SEO, Portal, Mobile, Job Alerts, and enterprise GTM teams.
  • Lead cross-functional squads to improve pipeline uptime, parsing accuracy, deduplication precision, and data freshness.
  • Establish data quality and governance standards for schema validation, content freshness, spam detection, scam prevention, and compliance.
  • Ensure normalized job data integrates reliably into search, alerts, recommendations, SEO pages, and analytics.
  • Coach and mentor product managers while establishing operating rituals that improve delivery velocity and clarity.
  • Contribute hands-on as an individual product leader in a player/coach environment.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of product management or equivalent technical leadership experience with large-scale data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, scraping systems, or event-driven architectures.
  • Strong data engineering background, including structured and unstructured data extraction, schema design, and distributed processing.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Kafka, and Snowflake.
  • Experience leading complex technical products and partnering with principal data engineers.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, including presenting business impact to senior leadership or boards.
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed environments across technical, product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical product managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative Analysis, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or Data Architect is preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale web crawling, multi-tenant API aggregation, enterprise catalog processing, search engines, vector databases, or AI/ML systems is preferred.
