Description

  • Research target platforms, including their APIs, webhooks, authentication models, UI surfaces, review processes, and limitations.
  • Design secure, usable verification flows within each platform’s constraints.
  • Define integration architecture, including Nametag APIs, target-platform calls, deployment, and configuration models.
  • Create build-ready API designs, integration specifications, milestones, and handoff documentation.
  • Partner with design on admin-console and setup experiences and produce customer-facing documentation.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap using customer demand, sales signals, and partnership context.
  • Own marketplace listings and app-review processes, including technical and business requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Partnerships through integration development and launch.
  • Track adoption and outcomes to inform future integrations.
  • Use AI-agent tooling to accelerate research, specifications, documentation, and repeatable integration workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions architecture, platform or partner engineering, or a similar integration-focused role.
  • Experience integrating with third-party enterprise platforms such as ITSM, HRIS, ATS, IdP, or collaboration systems.
  • Experience taking at least one integration through a marketplace or app-review process.
  • Ability to evaluate API documentation, design authentication flows, write technical specifications, and identify platform limitations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions within constraints that cannot be changed.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, end-to-end ownership, and startup-paced work.
  • Practical fluency with AI tools and sound judgment about their limitations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Preferred: experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Okta, Entra, ICIMS, or UKG extensibility.
  • Preferred: background in IAM, identity verification, fraud prevention, or security products.
  • Preferred: experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and webhook-based integrations.
  • Preferred: engineering, solutions engineering, enterprise IT, or partner-ecosystem experience.
