Description

  • Create and own the go-to-market strategy for the Physical AI vertical, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning across model builders, robot builders, and ISVs.
  • Identify, secure, and develop relationships with the top innovators in the ecosystem and convert them into design partners.
  • Drive the long-term revenue trajectory of the Physical AI domain by turning early technical wins into scaled compute consumption.
  • Build a Physical AI playbook with battle cards, training modules, and positioning guides to enable sales, marketing, and partnership teams.
  • Map the relevant software stack and structure partnerships that support a frictionless developer experience and co-sell motions.
  • Serve as the primary channel for customer requirements and translate feedback into product signals for Product and Engineering.
  • Structure first-of-their-kind partnerships and design partner agreements that can be reused across the organization.
  • Represent Nebius at industry events and executive briefings as a market and ecosystem evangelist.
  • Maintain structured internal feedback loops to ensure customer learnings and unmet needs are communicated to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy within Cloud, AI, or Robotics.
  • Proven ability to define a go-to-market strategy from scratch, including segmentation, pitching, and playbook creation.
  • Experience bringing new, complex technologies to early adopters and creating initial market footholds.
  • Deep domain fluency in robotics and AI, including Sim2Real gaps, foundation model training, and inference latency.
  • Ability to teach and scale technical knowledge into repeatable sales motions.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Experience working with or within high-growth, venture-backed startups.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to engage founders and CTOs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the sales motion is still evolving.
  • Remote work from the United States, with San Francisco Bay Area or Austin preferred.
