Description

Design and deploy applied AI solutions, including copilots, agent-based workflows, and intelligent automations.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled automation and analytics solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into financial performance, operational metrics, and organizational priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality, consistency, usability, governance standards, and best practices.
Support responsible AI adoption by creating documentation, SOPs, and guardrails for analytics and AI-enabled workflows.
Contribute to broader Business Operations & Strategic Analytics initiatives, including platform enhancements, process improvements, and operational analytics.
Work under the guidance of the Senior Director, Business Operations & Strategic Analytics on analytics and operational intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in economics, data science, computer science, business, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, automation, or a data-focused role.
Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code programming tools.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Fabric or other end-to-end data management platforms.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI agent development platforms.
Familiarity with applied AI concepts such as copilots, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to synthesize and present complex data clearly and actionably.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Starting salary begins at $100,000, with potential to pay more or less based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
