Description

  • Own a portfolio of partner deals in parallel and manage relationships with partner principals and intermediaries.
  • Run partner qualification by coordinating internal assessments and making the go/no-go decision against defined criteria.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering term sheets, fee structure, payment terms, go-to-market commitments, exclusivity, and term.
  • Own the deal financial model interface with Finance and ensure capex, fees, milestones, IRR, and payback are accurately reflected.
  • Coordinate technical scoping with architecture and infrastructure teams and turn engineering input into partner-facing materials.
  • Drive the legal and contracting workflow for NDAs, term sheets, definitive agreements, and standard partner agreement templates.
  • Own export-control and regulatory gating for each deal with Compliance, including BIS/OFAC, licensing, and KYC.
  • Run partner due-diligence Q&A end to end by pulling in subject-matter experts and assembling responses.
  • Maintain pipeline status, reporting, and opportunity triage for inbound interest.
  • Coordinate with Sales and with Government Relations / Communications as deals approach signature and launch.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing complex multi-party commercial deals in infrastructure, data centers, energy, telecom, or project finance.
  • Experience with deals involving capex, multi-year terms, and financing dependencies.
  • Financial fluency to evaluate project economics and partner diligence, including IRR, payback, capex, and revenue share.
  • Ability to distinguish spot vs. long-term and gross vs. net economics.
  • Technical fluency in infrastructure topics such as compute/GPU, networking, storage, power, and cooling.
  • Cross-functional program management experience driving legal, finance, technical, and compliance workstreams to deadline.
  • Working knowledge of export-control and sanctions regimes, including BIS/OFAC, or ability to get up to speed quickly.
  • Precise written English and ability to produce partner-facing documents without improvising or over-committing.
  • Comfort working with C-level counterparts and intermediaries across multiple jurisdictions and time zones, with willingness to travel.
  • Discipline with sources: confirm facts, flag estimates as preliminary, avoid general market claims, and do not over-promise.
