Description

  • Monitor global paid media and growth metrics to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities.
  • Perform structured root-cause analysis on paid ads and growth performance.
  • Translate analytical findings into prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and the Paid Ads business team.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and analytical frameworks for real-time visibility into paid media efficiency and growth contribution.
  • Own end-to-end execution of key paid ads initiatives from scoping and planning through delivery and outcome tracking.
  • Coordinate across paid ads, growth, product, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Define measurable success criteria for initiatives and track results to close the loop.
  • Apply AI tools and automation to speed up analysis, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Champion AI-native ways of working within the team.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management.
  • Background ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting.
  • Familiarity with paid media channels and performance marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPM.
  • Exceptional learning agility and the ability to work effectively in unfamiliar domains.
  • Strong logical and quantitative thinking with evidence-based problem solving.
  • Extreme self-motivation, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products, preferred.
  • Hands-on exposure to paid media planning, campaign management, or agency coordination preferred.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows preferred.
  • Experience working in international or multinational organizations with cross-regional stakeholders preferred.
  • Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis, including acquisition, retention, and channel performance data preferred.
  • Must have a current right to work in Singapore and not require visa sponsorship.
