Description

  • Define solution positioning and value propositions for AI-driven Healthcare and Life Sciences workloads on Nebius AI Cloud and Inference Platform.
  • Build solution blueprints and use-case narratives across drug discovery, molecular modeling, genomics, and clinical research workflows.
  • Create messaging frameworks, pitch decks, objection-handling guidance, competitive battlecards, and sales tools.
  • Translate technical outcomes into clear business value narratives and ROI.
  • Develop solution briefs, demo narratives, field playbooks, event presentations, webinars, and executive thought leadership content.
  • Enable and train sales teams and partners on how to position Nebius for Healthcare and Life Sciences use cases.
  • Partner with demand generation to drive industry pipeline campaigns and event activations.
  • Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with ecosystem partners such as NVIDIA, ISVs, data platforms, and HCLS technology partners.
  • Support PR, analyst relations, and industry influencer engagements.
  • Collaborate with GTM, product, alliances, customer success, sales enablement, and marketing teams to drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as an MS or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in solution marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, or technical GTM roles.
  • Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, drug development, genomics, or adjacent HCLS workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, compelling messaging for executive, buyer, and practitioner audiences.
  • Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and technical field teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with GPU-accelerated AI workloads.
  • Remote work in the United States, with preferred locations including Boston/Cambridge, Durham (NC), Maryland/Virginia/Washington D.C., San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and New Jersey.

  • US$184,000 to US$225,000 OTE, plus equity based on experience.
