Description

  • Lead commercial strategy and planning for GTM operations.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management to improve revenue predictability.
  • Drive revenue operations and sales efficiency across the funnel.
  • Build and maintain GTM systems and data processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product.
  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts and operations professionals focused on GTM.
  • Support operational strategy that enables customer acquisition, closing, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy.
  • Leadership experience managing operations teams.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with CRO, CMO, or CEO.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Omni (BI), and MongoDB is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS and AI is an added bonus.
  • Eligible to work remotely from the United States.
