Description

  • Maintain and evolve the existing portfolio of HR and Finance dashboards in Tableau.
  • Improve dashboard usability, performance, data accuracy, and alignment with metric definitions and BI standards.
  • Drive dashboard adoption by providing demos, documentation, and guidance that enable self-service analytics.
  • Identify reporting gaps and build new dashboards and analytical views to meet evolving business needs.
  • Write SQL queries and contribute to data transformations in Postgres and dbt.
  • Improve dashboard data sources and ensure reliable metric calculations.
  • Validate dashboard outputs and data sources through testing and QA processes.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and GTM stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and BI solutions.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate SQL development, data exploration, dashboard prototyping, and analysis workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong Tableau experience with the ability to design complex dashboards that support business decision-making.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and transformation workflows, with dbt or similar tools as a plus.
  • Strong data visualization skills and knowledge of best practices for communicating insights through dashboards.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality and metric consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Experience working with sales and GTM teams and Salesforce data is a plus.
  • Experience with modern data stacks such as dbt, Postgres, and Git is a plus.
  • Tableau certification or a Tableau Public portfolio is a plus.
  • Familiarity with well-known data visualization authors such as Edward Tufte, Alberto Cairo, Stephen Few, Tamara Munzner, or Cole Nussbaumer Knaflic is a plus.
  • Understanding of metric governance and BI best practices is a plus.
  • Interest in modern analytics workflows and AI-assisted analytics is a plus.
