Description

  • Develop and execute the analytics roadmap in partnership with product, operations, commercial, engineering, and other teams.
  • Define critical metrics, data instrumentation, experimentation approaches, analysis methods, and dashboards to support business priorities.
  • Provide hypotheses, insights, and recommendations to help prioritize Servicing product and operations roadmaps.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and presentations for leadership.
  • Improve team efficiency through automation and implementation of best practices.
  • Manage and develop other analysts to deliver high-impact work.
  • Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to drive recommendations on strategy and execution.
  • Support decision-making across customer segmentation, headcount planning, forecasting, collections, and repayment operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in an analytical role.
  • 3+ years of direct management experience leading small teams of analysts.
  • Strong social skills and experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience balancing multiple workstreams and prioritizing a team roadmap.
  • Experience pulling and joining large datasets with SQL.
  • Experience performing analysis using Python, Notebooks, R, or Excel.
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into tangible steps and drive toward impactful solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting research and analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience guiding junior analysts.
  • Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as measurement and experimentation.

  • Base salary range of $215,000-$265,000 for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $191,000-$241,000 for all other U.S. states.
