Description

  • Design and execute account-specific strategies aligned with customer business objectives and Natera’s data and AI solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with biopharma by leveraging Natera’s data, consortia, and internal R&D insights.
  • Coordinate with medical, scientific, and business operations teams to define asset-, franchise-, and disease-specific approaches.
  • Partner with testing and CDx counterparts to align activities and develop platform-based solutions across Discovery, Development, and Commercial verticals.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals for data and AI offerings.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into contracts.
  • Negotiate with assigned client accounts and close opportunities, including large and complex deals.
  • Create and deliver client pitches, proposals, and supporting materials, and support contract negotiations.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to build relationships and support pipeline growth.
  • Use Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales enablement tools to manage account activity and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in oncology multi-modal RWD and/or AI.
  • Extensive network of relationships across selected accounts within the top 30 pharma.
  • Demonstrated success building long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating and closing large, complex multi-year deals.
  • Strong understanding of the use of real-world molecular, clinical, and digital pathology data across discovery, development, commercial, and artificial intelligence applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or business discipline.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or PhD, or a healthcare certification, is preferred.
  • Experience conducting discovery programs or designing clinical development programs is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and support new areas as the business grows.
  • Availability to work during Pacific Time hours while based anywhere in the United States, with approximately 20% travel required.
