Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Breast Oncology Specialists to achieve sales goals and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive product adoption, market expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key opinion leaders in the breast oncology community.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and integrated health systems.
  • Spend significant time in the field to provide coaching, strategic guidance, and market insight.
  • Manage regional budgets and resources to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with oncology sales leadership and cross-functional partners on strategy and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including HIPAA, privacy standards, and security requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of clinical sales experience and at least 5 years of sales management experience, ideally in oncology diagnostics.
  • Deep expertise in breast oncology with established relationships across health systems, academic institutions, and oncology networks.
  • Strong understanding of the breast cancer landscape, including MRD, IHC, and genomic testing.
  • Experience leading teams across large, multi-state territories and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% within the region.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products and expanding into new markets.
  • Strong leadership presence with a history of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, coaching, and talent development skills.
