Description

  • Run leadership meetings, company planning, business reviews, and quarterly off-sites.
  • Translate strategy into priorities, decisions, owners, milestones, and tracked actions.
  • Build prioritization, investment, funding, and resource-allocation processes for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance and People/HR on business cases, budgeting, headcount, organization design, and capacity planning.
  • Assess and improve company tools, data, processes, automation, and operating infrastructure.
  • Own the company OKR process, scorecards, dashboards, definitions, data quality, and review cadence.
  • Track initiative dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes while recommending corrective actions.
  • Drive critical cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People/HR.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role at a high-growth technology company.
  • Direct experience partnering with executives and building operating cadence, planning, OKR, and cross-functional execution systems.
  • Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Experience evaluating and improving business systems and tools, including CRM, BI, planning, and collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People/HR.
  • Experience owning an operating budget and vendor portfolio.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of making clear prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Strong executive communication and low-ego influence, with the ability to hold senior peers accountable without formal authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Venture-backed startup experience is strongly preferred; security, identity, or SaaS familiarity is a plus.
