Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail partners across operational, executive, local, and regional stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong retailer relationships through regular in-person and remote engagement across New York.
  • Coordinate with Operations, AR, CX, BD, and Engineering to ensure delivery, collections, and other core services run smoothly.
  • Educate retailers on Nabis services such as Marketplace, Bill Pay, data analytics, inventory tracking, order scheduling, automated ordering, POS integrations, and central distribution.
  • Identify adoption barriers and work with internal teams to improve tools, processes, and retailer engagement.
  • Drive marketplace opportunities by connecting retailers with promotions, sales rules, RFPs, and brand partnerships.
  • Manage retail feature requests, dossiers, data, and strategy updates, and present relationship status internally.
  • Lead cross-functional retail stakeholder meetings and report on progress toward retail initiatives.
  • Track retailer engagement, GMV, shelf space, and adoption metrics to support the retail success flow and continuous improvement.
  • Generate leads and support growth for brand and product lines through retailer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must currently be located in New York State.
  • Background in retail cannabis sales, operations, or a related field.
  • Established, trusted relationships across the New York cannabis retail market.
  • Strong customer experience expertise.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue with external partners.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain meticulous records and centralized account information.
  • Low-ego, adaptable, and high-EQ approach to collaboration.
  • Data analytics proficiency with Excel and SQL preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
