Description

  • Lead discovery workshops and onsite assessments to analyze client processes, identify gaps, and recommend digital transformation strategies.
  • Drive business and technical presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, cost and timeline estimates, and solution proposals.
  • Develop business cases and value propositions for products and features aligned with client objectives.
  • Advise C-level stakeholders and client product teams on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and market analysis.
  • Translate high-level requirements into deliverable work packages, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and manage directional and implementation product roadmaps and prioritize backlogs based on business value.
  • Create BPMN diagrams, flowcharts, and user story maps to document complex workflows.
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, and Delivery Managers to support timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage scope changes and change requests while balancing client needs and project constraints.
  • Drive AI adoption across client accounts and establish AI-driven SDPC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in Business Analysis or Product Management within the IT industry.
  • Experience in a vendor or outsourcing environment with direct client-facing work; experience with US or EU clients is preferred.
  • Ability to decompose complex business problems into actionable software requirements using WBS and functional decomposition.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and strong presentation skills for technical and C-suite audiences.
  • Willingness to work across different projects and business domains.
  • Experience leading or contributing to presales, proposal development, and zero-sprint discovery is preferred.
  • Experience across multiple industries, such as Automotive, Supply Chain, Telecom, or Finance, is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of software architecture, API integrations, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, and data engineering is preferred.
  • CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, or similar certification is preferred.
