Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute field marketing programs across the Eastern region, including client-facing events and conference sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with the Director, National Field Marketing to align programs with company objectives and regional growth goals.
  • Develop, propose, and execute initiatives that increase client and partner engagement in the East region.
  • Present program plans, updates, and post-event recaps with clear metrics and recommendations.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue sourcing, contracts, shipping, catering, AV, signage, swag, and communications.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, and BDRs to drive outreach, attendance, and follow-up.
  • Track and analyze event metrics, pipeline influence, and sponsorship ROI.
  • Maintain the field marketing calendar and keep events, sponsorships, and deadlines accurately tracked.
  • Support national marketing initiatives by managing logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and partner coordination.
  • Prepare internal documentation, reports, and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for leadership and partner review.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Field, Event, or Partner Marketing, preferably in the tech/VAR ecosystem.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and regional marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting, budgets, and attendee tracking.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and post-event recaps.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello, ChatGPT, and event management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, budget tracking, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to travel 40%–50% across the Eastern region.
  • Must be based in the United States, preferably in the East region.
