Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and strategic agency partners.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Advise clients on advertising strategies and recommend solutions across MyFitnessPal.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops, Rev Ops, Product, engineering, and marketing to ensure campaign execution.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and communicate results.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage deal structures.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging advertising technologies.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or client management.
  • Experience at a publisher, ad tech company, or agency is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video, and native formats.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with Health, Beauty, and Personal Care clients is required.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 30-50%.
