Description

  • Design and build an agentic AI architecture that generates and prioritizes actionable insights for sales leaders.
  • Develop coaching-route recommendations as a routing optimization problem that balances geographic proximity, priority, and criticality.
  • Integrate business signals, including potential, execution, compliance, and pre-seller KPIs, into coaching recommendations.
  • Enable AI agents to evaluate and adjust recommendations based on time, distance, and criticality constraints.
  • Package models using the MFL framework, including PyFunc, model cards, and tests.
  • Integrate models with orchestration, deployment, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with data, platform, and business teams across feature development, modeling, and productionization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Modeler working with supervised machine learning and recommendation or prioritization systems.
  • Hands-on experience designing agentic AI systems that make decisions.
  • Experience with optimization and operations research, including routing, VRP, or constrained optimization.
  • Advanced Python proficiency, including scikit-learn and optimization libraries such as OR-Tools, Pyomo, or PuLP.
  • Experience with MLflow and model development in Databricks.
  • Experience working with geospatial and routing data, including distances and geolocation.
  • Experience with sales forces, commercial coaching, or field and route optimization solutions (preferred).
  • Experience developing AI agents or agentic infrastructure, such as Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, or MCP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Unity Catalog, Databricks Asset Bundles, and Azure DevOps (preferred).
  • Mexico City location, particularly Santa Fe or Cuajimalpa, is preferred; other locations are considered.
