Description

  • Manage and deliver a pipeline of presales deliverables across a range of client industries.
  • Translate client needs into tailored Zeta solutions and create clear client deliverables that articulate those solutions.
  • Develop creative concepts that connect brand goals to Zeta’s differentiated capabilities and platform strengths.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and internal subject matter experts to refine solutions, shape the narrative, and design deliverables.
  • Partner with the Partnership Marketing team on thought leadership content, proposal templates, frameworks, and other strategic projects.
  • Create and maintain a library of vertical-specific sales collateral with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of sales materials, technical documentation, analyst relations content, and training materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles, including agencies, brand marketing teams, media publishers, or managed service ad tech platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate products and services to external client teams in a compelling, accurate, strategic, and holistic manner.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to build new content across business needs.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, data-driven media buying, audience targeting, and optimization is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to leverage programmatic advertising knowledge to inform media strategy, audience targeting, and activation recommendations in client proposals.
  • Ability to understand data and identity and apply that understanding to client-specific use cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven project management and time management skills, including the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation or word processing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Ideally located on the East Coast and able to work ET hours.
