Description

  • Directly close clients across Movement Labs’ service portfolio, with emphasis on client asset projects that help win elections.
  • Build and maintain a client outreach engine that consistently generates new meetings and opportunities.
  • Strengthen client management workflows, including upsell and cross-sell processes.
  • Maintain sales operations and CRM data hygiene, using Copper as the source of truth for expansion opportunities.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy and materials for each service area based on market maturity.
  • Identify and refine industry, sub-industry, and buyer profiles across Movement Labs and Public Results.
  • Test the marketability of new services and offerings through early discovery conversations.
  • Balance growth goals with delivery capacity and operational constraints for emerging services.
  • Contribute to team planning by advising on staffing, skill sets, and seniority needed for successful delivery.
  • Lead thought leadership efforts such as webinars, whitepapers, small-group dinners, and conference participation, with support from communications.
  • Represent Movement Labs and, when relevant, Public Results on intro calls, demos, and at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of sales, partnerships, or client strategy experience in tech and progressive politics.
  • Proven record of closing high-value deals and scaling sales engines.
  • Experience managing and mentoring client-facing staff preferred.
  • Strong background in go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with prospects and clients.
  • Alignment with Movement Labs’ mission and a desire to help build progressive power.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must be available for a process that includes an exercise and a full interview with the hiring manager.
  • Ability to start by March 16, 2026 is preferred.
