Description

  • Partner with the Senior Client Strategy Director to identify prospective clients, lead discovery conversations, and develop partnership opportunities.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of prospective and existing client relationships while meeting assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Drive client opportunities from discovery through proposal development and contracting with timely follow-through.
  • Support prospecting and outreach for priority partners to build and sustain a pipeline of new and expanded opportunities.
  • Lead introductory client conversations and recommend solutions aligned with partner goals and Movement Labs’ mission.
  • Translate client goals into evidence-based programs with tactics, timelines, metrics, and implementation plans.
  • Manage or oversee the execution of client programs and potentially supervise Campaign Associates’ program work.
  • Build strong client relationships by serving as a responsive partner throughout program implementation.
  • Improve and standardize internal processes for client strategy, proposals, contracting, and program execution.
  • Coordinate with Experiments, CES, Tech, and Data teams to ensure smooth cross-functional implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client management, partnerships, c4/527 organizing, or B2B sales in progressive politics.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful, large-scale voter engagement programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to independently move work forward, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity after onboarding.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn Movement Labs’ services and scope programs that advance progressive impact.
  • Systems-oriented mindset with interest in improving processes, building repeatable workflows, and strengthening operational excellence.
  • Alignment with Movement Labs’ mission and desire to help build progressive power.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales-ops tools such as Copper, Asana, or Airtable is preferred.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000 to $99,000.
  • $5,000 cycle-completion bonus for staying through Election Day, plus eligibility for commission.
  • Work-life stipend of $1,875 in pre-tax reimbursement during the highest-intensity work period.
  • Temporary full-time position with paid holiday and accrued sick time.
  • Fully remote, remote-first culture with teammates across the country.
  • Position runs from August through November 2026, with the possibility of extension.
