Description

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for CRM and marketing automation products.
  • Serve as the product champion for high-impact products and prioritize work based on customer and business value.
  • Engage regularly with Sales to clarify customer needs, align on priorities, and sequence product work.
  • Act as the liaison between customer feedback and internal teams, turning insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, and Engineering to drive alignment and execution.
  • Identify gaps in the existing customer experience and convert feedback into measurable product outcomes.
  • Use AI tools to prototype, script, and create mock APIs to validate ideas and unblock the team.
  • Balance customer value, commercial impact, and technical investment when maintaining the product roadmap.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish clarity of intent and drive decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in a SaaS or platform product role.
  • Experience working on CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Startup experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success owning a B2B product end-to-end from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Strong technical literacy.
  • Excellent problem discovery, stakeholder management, and systems-thinking skills.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building a side project with AI; share details in the application.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to product work rather than purely managing backlogs or specifications.
