Description

  • Build and champion product strategy and vision throughout client engagements.
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, internal teams, and research methods to shape requirements and product direction.
  • Create product plans and roadmaps and secure buy-in from executive stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain product requirements documents across client, business, UX, design, technical, and non-functional needs.
  • Organize product releases and priorities to align with business value expectations.
  • Define measurement plans to track product use and end-user impact.
  • Ensure requirements are delivered to specification, defects are resolved, and launch readiness is assessed.
  • Prepare recommendations to expand the product vision using data and research-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders to brief, inspire, and align on delivery.
  • Drive recommendations that balance business constraints, customer value, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in a consultation role within an agency, consultancy, or professional services firm.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping exercises.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and create alignment across teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and translating business, UX, and design needs into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into logical, digestible steps.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
  • Portfolio of digital products you have shipped, managed, and operated, with evidence of delivered end-user value.
  • Preferred experience using Contentful as a headless CMS.
  • Preferred location in Latin America, ideally working hours aligned to ET or PT.
  • Candidates in Santiago, Chile may work from the Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees; candidates outside Santiago will be fully remote.
