Description

  • Own day-to-day backlog management and sprint coordination for assigned workstreams.
  • Translate feedback from beta customers, partners, and internal teams into actionable product issues.
  • Lead standups, refinements, and implementation syncs across Engineering, Design, Support, and Go-to-Market.
  • Perform product acceptance testing with QA before releases ship.
  • Draft and maintain product specifications, business rules, user flows, and use cases.
  • Contribute to release notes and internal enablement materials.
  • Support external beta programs and partner relationships by turning feedback into prioritized action.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Escalate architectural or strategic decisions to the Senior PM with context.
  • Operate independently on workstreams while working within an established product vision and architecture.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of product management or closely adjacent experience in SaaS.
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT to build prototypes or automate processes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and managing a product backlog.
  • Strong written communication skills for specs, status updates, and customer-facing release notes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently run meetings, synthesize competing inputs, and drive decisions.
  • Analytical, data-informed approach using customer feedback, usage data, and support trends to prioritize work.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping business outcomes in focus.
  • Experience in Legal Tech, Law Firm Operations, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms or integration tooling is preferred.
  • Experience shipping products for developers or integrators is preferred.
  • Experience with beta programs, customer advisory boards, or partner onboarding is preferred.
  • B.S. or M.S. in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent direct work experience.
