Description

  • Prospect for and close new strategic business with large enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage C-suite and executive relationships within target prospects.
  • Develop internal champions to support RFP wins and contract-based business growth.
  • Partner with internal account teams to use customer analytics and other resources to improve buying decisions.
  • Work with technical resources to demonstrate integrations and the value of Motive’s partner ecosystem.
  • Resolve customer and prospect issues by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
  • Plan and execute against business goals and revenue quotas.
  • Develop deep expertise in the technology platform and provide market feedback to inform product iterations.
  • Monitor market trends to support consultative selling and insight.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader go-to-market team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS or industry-relevant enterprise field sales experience.
  • Deep enterprise sales experience working with F500 or F1000 clients.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and growing a book of business over time.
  • Ability to build rapport with C-suite and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong data-driven approach to planning short-, medium-, and long-term sales goals.
  • Best-in-class communication skills with the ability to present value propositions and handle objections.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Authorization to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
  • Role is based in and covers accounts in the Central U.S.
