Description

  • Own and grow a named list of 80–100 target enterprise accounts across Sales & Marketing and Transactional offerings.
  • Generate and close enterprise deals with baseline ACVs of $60K+ and pursue larger $200K+ opportunities.
  • Multi-thread opportunities across CMOs, RevOps, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Procurement, Security, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead procurement processes including security reviews, MSAs, DPAs, and vendor onboarding.
  • Partner with Marketing on 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays for top accounts.
  • Work with SMB Sales to convert warm inbound signals into upmarket opportunities.
  • Develop deep expertise in email infrastructure topics such as deliverability, sender reputation, IP warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute enterprise buyer feedback to shape product roadmap and future enterprise offerings.
  • Operate as the primary solution resource on most calls while no dedicated Solutions Engineer is in place.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B SaaS closing experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive.
  • Proven track record closing $80K–$250K ACV deals.
  • Background in B2B infrastructure, devtools, martech, or RevOps technology, with experience in adjacent tools such as Twilio/SendGrid/Postmark, Outreach/Apollo/Salesloft, or HubSpot/Marketo.
  • Technical fluency to discuss APIs, authentication, IP reputation, and infrastructure with CTO-level buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-thread deals across multiple stakeholders.
  • English fluency in written and verbal communication.
  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a strong plus.
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles over multiple quarters.
  • Builder mindset and willingness to co-create the enterprise sales playbook.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $32,000 USD paid monthly.
  • Variable commission of $48,000 USD at 100% attainment, paid quarterly and uncapped.
  • On-target earnings of $80,000 USD at 100% quota attainment.
  • Accelerator payouts at 1.25x the standard rate for performance above quota.
  • Annual catch-up clause to pay the difference if annual goals are met despite missing a quarterly quota.
  • Transparent quota and performance expectations provided in writing.
  • Remote, globally distributed work environment.
