Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
  • Follow up on customer leads and serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts.
  • Increase sales revenue and profitability while meeting or exceeding sales targets and budgets.
  • Meet clients, prospects, partners, and affiliates on-site and remotely.
  • Understand client requirements and develop tailored, replicable, and scalable proposals.
  • Lead customer-related activities and oversee account performance end to end.
  • Support the AM/Pre-Sales team in business expansion and coach junior team members.
  • Proactively suggest new projects and explore opportunities in new markets.
  • Learn, adopt, and promote TBP/TPS/JKK principles and report BNFF promptly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, or sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, account management, or customer success roles.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to large industrial conglomerates is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of EU legislation and best practices related to Data and AI Security.
  • Good project management experience with the ability to use relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural, international environments.
  • Strong ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Autonomous, assertive, and collaborative team player.
  • Stress-resistant and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and persuasive with strong stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Valid driver's licence required.
