Description

Own the technical side of partner integrations from pre-sales solutioning through launch and production support.
Provide first-line triage for partner integration issues, including API errors, signature failures, webhook issues, and widget bugs.
Support partner integrations across Ramps, Deposits, Swaps, Virtual Accounts, and Iron using API, SDK, webhook, and widget paths.
Conduct pre-go-live reviews to confirm acceptance criteria, disclaimer implementation, and overall integration quality.
Investigate volume anomalies and trace root causes across integration changes, traffic shifts, and configuration issues.
Support technical discovery and demo calls for engineering and business stakeholders.
Write integration runbooks, partner guides, and FAQ documentation to reduce repetitive support requests.
Relay partner technical feedback to Product and Engineering as structured roadmap input.
Manage partner API keys, sandbox accounts, and test environments.
Contribute to internal tooling and developer documentation improvements.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, Developer Relations, Technical Account Management, or a similar partner-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns.
Comfort using Postman and cURL and independently reading and debugging API responses.
Basic scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar for demos, test automation, or internal tooling.
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
Some exposure to payments infrastructure, such as fiat rails, crypto on/off-ramps, settlement flows, or similar; FinTech or crypto experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
Based in Europe with the right to work in your country of residence; no visa sponsorship is available.
Nice to have: familiarity with blockchain concepts such as wallets, gas, stablecoins, transaction confirmation, and signing.
Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS or FinTech integrations, including virtual accounts, BaaS, or embedded finance.
Nice to have: exposure to KYB/KYC onboarding flows and identity verification platforms such as SumSub.
Nice to have: experience with MoonPay products as a developer or end user.
Nice to have: prior work at a high-growth startup.
Bonus: experience integrating a third-party payments SDK or API and shipping it to production.
Bonus: experience working across multiple Tier 1 partners simultaneously while maintaining SLAs.
Bonus: experience at a crypto payments infrastructure company.
Bonus: experience building a working demo using one or more MoonPay products in sandbox or production.
