Description

  • Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution across the employee lifecycle.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems such as Finance, Payroll, and IT tools.
  • Configure and optimize Workday modules to support evolving business needs while maintaining system integrity.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements to reduce manual work.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
  • Provide hands-on support to the People Operations team on Workday enhancements and process improvements.
  • Contribute to building scalable, well-documented HR technology solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex system and data issues independently and resolve operational problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Employee Experience, IT, Finance, Compliance, and People Operations to roll out Workday changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations.
  • Experience across multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
  • Strong experience with Workday integrations such as APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable owning both system operations and technical improvements end to end.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Candidates must have 1 month or less notice period.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing compensation plans, benchmarking, competencies, and performance programs is relevant.
  • Experience working in a remote, global environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR technology or People Operations teams is a plus.
