Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement data-centric solutions that support strategic and operational goals.
  • Develop moderately complex analytics and reporting solutions to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document analytics and business requirements.
  • Create business documentation, process flows, and reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and Product Management to support data solutions and enhancements.
  • Develop and support enterprise-wide data integration strategies across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data platforms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Support UAT activities, technical documentation, testing updates, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, troubleshoot data issues, and implement solutions to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze and manage data from multiple sources while applying data standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience working with data integration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage moderately complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Product Management, and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience balancing regulatory, compliance, and business requirements.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives and recommending innovative solutions.
