Description

  • Serve as the primary Acumatica administrator across configuration, user access, workflows, module settings, and finance-related administration.
  • Design and implement finance solutions using Acumatica tools such as Generic Inquiries, custom reports, approval workflows, and push notifications.
  • Support and optimize accounts payable, accounts receivable, project accounting, billing, and financial reporting processes.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to define requirements, document processes, and deliver enhancements that improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot Acumatica issues, coordinate vendor support, and build internal capability over time.
  • Maintain disciplined testing practices by validating all configurations in TEST before promoting changes to Production.
  • Own the operational health of the SAP Concur to Acumatica integration layer via Celigo middleware.
  • Monitor integration flows, investigate errors, coordinate resolution, and serve as the primary triage owner.
  • Lead integration governance, document architecture and field mappings, and drive improvements such as API migrations and automation of manual reconciliation steps.
  • Serve as the Salesforce administrator and design, build, and deploy custom objects, fields, flows, reports, and dashboards to support the business development lifecycle.
  • Lead the future-state design and delivery of a Salesforce-to-Acumatica integration linking opportunity data to project accounting.
  • Engage Finance and Business Development stakeholders to capture requirements and produce clear functional specifications and status updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or systems administrator role supporting ERP and/or CRM platforms.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Acumatica configuration experience, including Generic Inquiries, workflows, user management, and finance module administration.
  • Direct Acumatica experience is required; candidates without it will not be considered.
  • Hands-on SAP Concur experience in invoice processing, AP workflows, or system administration.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including configuration, flow automation, and reporting.
  • Ability to build and deploy Salesforce solutions independently.
  • Acumatica certification or formal Acumatica training.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Celigo middleware, Power BI, and finance/ERP integration concepts is beneficial.
  • Comfort working between finance requirements discussions and technical configuration work in a full-time remote role based in Dallas, Texas.

  • Salary range of $86,000 to $143,000 per year.
