Description

Lead discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Understand customer business context, workflows, pain points, and objectives to align UX solutions to their needs.
Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation.
Translate validated requirements into storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that support accurate developer implementation on the first iteration.
Create and maintain a reusable component library and design system aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end users.
Work with product managers, developers, support teams, and other stakeholders to move projects forward.
Present design proposals to customers and stakeholders and explain the rationale and expected outcomes.
Support project discovery, scope definition, effort allocation, and ongoing UX advisory throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX Design, UX Research, or a combined Business Analysis/UX role.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, auto-layout, and design systems.
Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and translating them into design artifacts.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
Ability to transform data and analytics into UX improvements.
Excellent English communication skills at B1+ level.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience in B2B SaaS, IT management, or enterprise software preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developer handoffs preferred.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects preferred.
Experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel preferred.
