Description

  • Lead the Strategy & Planning team and report to the Senior Director of Content Operations Strategy & Enablement.
  • Own the Expert Insights operating model and build capacity models to support staffing and resourcing decisions.
  • Maintain the annual plan, including departmental output goals, operational targets, and staffing levels.
  • Own quarterly forecasting and goaling processes.
  • Monitor capacity and utilization to determine staffing needs and optimize resourcing.
  • Lead go-to-market planning with Revenue Operations and FP&A.
  • Own the account segmentation framework and lead account balancing and territory planning initiatives.
  • Support goal-setting across roles and teams, and evaluate and calibrate KPIs.
  • Design and administer role-based incentive plans.
  • Work with department leaders to establish and maintain OKRs and build reporting to track performance to goal.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, revenue operations, strategic finance, or a high-growth startup.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including building and maintaining team roadmaps.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong ability to model capacity, forecast performance, and quantify impact.
  • Experience in process design and documentation best practices; Lean Six Sigma familiarity is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels and deliver executive-ready insights.
  • People-focused leadership experience with a record of developing talent and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of $195,600 - $270,000.
  • Base salary range of $163,000 - $225,000.
  • 20% bonus opportunity.
