Description

  • Define and evolve global compensation strategy aligned with business goals, growth stage, and talent needs.
  • Advise senior leaders in Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and equity practices.
  • Lead the design and evolution of the global compensation philosophy to support company strategy and market competitiveness.
  • Own job architecture strategy, including leveling frameworks, job families, and career structures.
  • Drive complex, cross-functional compensation initiatives from concept through implementation with accountability for outcomes, timelines, and quality.
  • Partner with Compensation Operations to design and implement scalable compensation frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Benchmark compensation programs against peer tech companies and evolving talent markets.
  • Lead and develop a global team of Compensation Partners supporting multiple business units.
  • Advise on hiring offers, promotions, retention, and organizational changes, especially for critical technical roles.
  • Partner with Finance, HRIS, People Analytics, and Recruiting to improve planning, tools, modeling, reporting, and hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of compensation experience, with deep expertise in broad-based compensation, sales incentive plan design, and executive compensation.
  • Experience operating internationally with a strong understanding of global market practices and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience in SaaS environments, ideally with a global perspective.
  • Ability to act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior executives on high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to move between detailed analysis and big-picture strategy.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and align stakeholders to drive decisions and execution.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and market analysis skills.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs end to end, from strategy through execution.

  • Base salary range of $151,000 to $297,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
