Description

  • Assist in leading compensation programs and projects to support the scaling of People infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance to People Business Partners and leadership teams during annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles.
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation.
  • Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues and support compensation-related decision-making.
  • Work with People Operations on annual and midyear compensation cycles, including implementation, budgets, UAT testing, and data integrity.
  • Lead change management and communications related to compensation practices for managers, team members, and the People Team.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with People Operations, People Business Partners, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance, Accounting, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in compensation roles.
  • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to completion in an operational environment.
  • Passion for educating, mentoring, and teaching partners about compensation strategy and business impact.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Preferred: prior experience in a high-growth, hyper-scaling startup building compensation programs from the ground up.
  • Preferred: prior experience leading compensation initiatives through HCM systems such as Workday, PAVE, or Rippling.
