Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units, including search strategy, candidate engagement, interview process management, and offer execution.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Deliver a responsive, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
  • Develop talent market insights and industry trend analysis to inform search strategy and hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruiting approach.
  • Maintain data accuracy and process discipline across recruiting systems and workflows.
  • Support recruiting efforts focused on People and Finance functions.
  • Balance multiple searches and competing priorities while maintaining execution quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruitment consultancy.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and talent competitors.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches.
  • Ability to work remotely in India.
  • Preferred experience building talent pipelines through proactive outreach and targeted market research.
