Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, with a focus on digital talent.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, search engines, and resume mining.
  • Screen candidates and prepare timely feedback for hiring managers.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting efforts and improve hiring processes.
  • Recruit for roles ranging from Intern to Associate Director.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, expectations, feedback, and offer negotiation/closing.
  • Work closely with multiple hiring managers and People Operations across several U.S. offices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategy.
  • Maintain recruiting reports and tracking, and update reports as needed.
  • Use the applicant tracking system accurately and lead or participate in hiring manager training sessions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with agency experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for digital marketing and/or ad tech roles at varying seniority levels preferred.
  • Experience building consultative relationships with hiring managers or clients.
  • Strong interest in learning and contributing to the digital marketing industry.
  • Organized, process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding.
  • Experience with at least one applicant tracking system.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
