Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of open requisitions and manage candidate pipelines in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and build proactive sourcing pipelines.
  • Analyze labor market data and internal talent gaps to shape sourcing strategies by function and level.
  • Review hiring needs quarterly and adjust recruiting strategy for seasonal or shifting demand.
  • Partner with Human Resources on internal mobility and succession-based hiring pipelines.
  • Own and optimize the candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, reporting data, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Conduct ATS audits and train stakeholders on data hygiene best practices.
  • Facilitate kickoff and debrief sessions and support consistent hiring practices with hiring managers.
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, build external partnerships, and source passive candidates through direct outreach and online channels.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting a high-growth or fast-paced company is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success hiring across technical, corporate, and high-volume roles.
  • Proven success in strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder partnership across multiple functions and levels.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting funnel data and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major or equivalent.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
