Description

  • Drive net-new AI pipeline and close enterprise-wide AI solution agreements to meet annual sales quotas.
  • Own the full AI sales cycle from prospecting through close and align sales activity to business goals.
  • Identify new AI opportunities by assessing customer business challenges, technology gaps, and AI readiness.
  • Position NiCE CXone Mpower’s AI capabilities and validate the technical feasibility and business value of proposed solutions.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to accelerate adoption of NiCE’s AI offerings.
  • Initiate, develop, and manage purchasing agreements for AI and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support sales execution.
  • Present AI value propositions clearly to executive audiences and manage negotiations effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling software portfolios and services into complex enterprise accounts in a hunter-focused role.
  • 1–2 years of experience selling AI software solutions, such as Conversational AI, LLMs, automation, or AI analytics.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, architectures, and business applications.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Proven relationship-building, client management, and executive stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level and VP-level audiences.
  • Self-sufficient, flexible, and highly autonomous work style with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Must reside in Canada.
  • Preferred experience with CCaaS, CX, automation, and Conversational AI technologies.
  • Preferred experience selling a full suite of SaaS products with AI, analytics, or workflow automation.
