Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits eligibility, enrollment, coverage, claims, and plan provisions.
  • Administer benefit transactions for new hires, rehires, life events, changes, terminations, and dependents.
  • Research and resolve benefits questions and issues with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain accurate benefits, payroll, and employee data across HRIS, carrier, and vendor systems.
  • Support billing, invoice reconciliation, payroll deductions, HSA contributions, and retirement transactions.
  • Coordinate vendor reporting, file verification, utilization reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Support compliance activities, audits, required reporting, and documentation.
  • Lead or assist with new-hire benefits education and annual open enrollment, including communications, testing, and validation.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to benefits processes, systems, and employee support.
  • Protect confidential employee information and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, HSA/FSA, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, or related HR systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to protect confidential employee and benefits information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal and state benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree, UKG experience, retirement plan administration, billing or benefits data analysis, open enrollment experience, and English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work, repetitive hand and wrist motions, and visual tasks requiring focus and depth perception.

  • Salary of $64,800–$72,000 plus a 10% bonus.
