Description

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, data entry, and analyses.
  • Assist HR Generalists with onboarding new hires.
  • Complete I-9 forms and verify supporting documentation.
  • Schedule employee exit interviews.
  • Track data related to performance reviews.
  • Maintain active and terminated employee files in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support or lead ad hoc HR projects with the CPO and HR Generalists.
  • Support HR operations across Code and Theory and subsidiary companies including Current, Rhythm, and Kettle.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexible, positive, and proactive approach suited to a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong to advanced Excel and technical skills, including spreadsheet and data management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in human resources and problem-solving.
  • Experience using Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
