Description

  • Own end-to-end member lifecycle strategy across awareness, activation, engagement, and re-engagement stages.
  • Develop and evolve omni-channel member campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Build and optimize automated consumer journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to improve personalization, segmentation, and content production scale.
  • Define and track member engagement KPIs and use data to test and improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with product and clinical teams to translate new offerings into member-facing campaigns.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing member marketing team.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms and a culture of accountability and growth within the team.
  • Apply behavioral science principles to reduce enrollment drop-off and improve sustained engagement.
  • Support market expansion and new product launches with integrated member marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant time in consumer or member-facing lifecycle or engagement marketing roles.
  • Experience in digital health, wellness, or benefits is ideally preferred.
  • Proven team leadership experience, including hiring, structuring, and growing marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience building and managing complex consumer journeys, not just individual campaigns.
  • Demonstrated results improving acquisition, activation, and engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and interest in using emerging technology at scale.
  • Experience applying behavioral science or motivational frameworks to marketing tactics.
  • Comfort operating in a data-driven environment and telling the story behind the numbers.
  • Experience navigating platform migrations or significant operational change is a plus.
  • Background in B2C healthcare, mental health, or employee benefits is strongly preferred.
